Remembrance Day Proclamation

October 15th, 2011 was proclaimed "Pregnancy & Infant Loss Remembrance Day" by the Kansas City Missouri City Council.  In a ceremony on October 13th the Council voted and the Mayor presented the first Kansas City Remembrance Day proclamation to the 1st Breath CEO.
